About Me
I’m a Data Operations Analyst with a background in customer success, a love for untangling messy information, and a soft spot for crocodiles.
I’m a Data Operations Analyst with a background in customer success. I’ve spent years close to customers, workflows, and the wonderfully messy reality of how data gets created.
That background shaped the way I work now: I care about whether data is accurate, easy to understand, and actually useful for the people making decisions from it.
After strengthening my technical foundation through the General Assembly Data Analytics Bootcamp, I moved into a data role where I now focus on data quality, reporting, documentation, and process improvement.
My favourite kind of work sits somewhere between analysis and operations: finding the friction, cleaning up the mess, and helping teams get clearer answers.

A few non-spreadsheet details, because apparently humans are not meant to be made entirely of dashboards.
Did you know at least 13 of the 18 crocodile species enjoy fruit? Years of unnecessary research have finally paid off.
This portfolio may or may not have been supported by an unreasonable number of white mochas.
Winfield supervises all data cleaning sessions. His feedback is mostly blinking and judgement.
Most recent first — because scrolling backwards through a career feels dramatic enough already.
Continuing to build my data skillset, including deeper analytics, automation, dashboards, and practical portfolio projects.
Returned to the startup as a Data Operations Analyst, focusing on data quality, reporting, documentation, and operational improvements.
Graduated from the General Assembly Data Analytics Bootcamp, strengthening my skills across analysis, visualisation, Python, SQL, and Tableau.
Took the leap into full-time data training after realising I wanted my work to focus more on patterns, insight, and problem-solving.
Worked as a Senior Client Success Account Manager, building experience across customer needs, operational workflows, communication, and problem-solving.
Joined a startup in customer success, where my interest in better data, clearer processes, and useful reporting really started to grow.
You’ve read about me — now it’s time for a tiny side quest. Don’t worry, nobody is emailing you a score.
